This course provides basic foundations in Aromatherapy. Students will explore the basic concepts, history, divinity, myths and reality of aromatherapy.

The Yoga of Aromatherapy 2
  • aromachemistry
  • principles of blending
  • methods of administration
  • safety
  • contraindications
  • preparations

The lab portion of the course will include hands-on marma chikitsa (ayurvedic acupressure therapy) and the making of body oils, aromatic mists, and chakra perfumes.
