Ayurvedic Spa Techniques

You will learn and practice Ayurvedic head massage, shirodhara (pouring of oil to the third eye), ear, nose and lower back treatments, basic marma therapy for the head, neck, feet and hands and how to do an Ayurvedic facial. This full program is a must for anyone wanting to offer quality, genuine Ayurvedic Spa treatments and facials in a spa setting or integrated clinic.

For the class to be scheduled: minimum 2 in person, or 6 person in a training group is required
