Sonia Masocco Phytotherapy is a private practice that educates and empowers people in the use of plant medicine. We are passionate about integrative medicine and our practitioners have experience in a variety of healing modalities including: Herbalism, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Food as Medicine, and more. We work with our clients’ personal needs. Our practitioners will review conditions, drug-herb interactions, and make lifestyle and dietary recommendations. Therapeutic treatments are available.
Sonia Masocco
After a very long tenure with a well-known Italian fashion company accompanied by years of international travel and maladies, Sonia Elisa Masocco has devoted most of her time in the study and practice of natural healing modalities starting in Hong Kong. An ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) qualified practitioner in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Massage Therapy, she continued studies in Clinical Aromatherapy and Herbology. A NAHA (National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy) professional member, AHG (American Herbalist Guild) member, NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) professional member, and AAPNA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America) member, she completed the Ayurvedic Studies Program at The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico (U.S.A.) and the Ayurvedic Gurukula program in Pune, India. She teaches worldwide and at the University of New Mexico in addition to
maintaining a private practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Anne Dellenbaugh
Anne Dellenbaugh had a successful business guiding wilderness trips for women (Her Wild Song) when she was diagnosed with “terminal” cancer and began a healing journey that has led her to support others on their journeys to health and wholeness.
Anne completed programs in Ayurveda at both Kripalu School of Ayurveda and the Ayurvedic Institute. She continues her studies of Ayurveda, herbalism and aromatherapy with Sonia Masocco.
Anne is certified in Chi Lel QiGong and has completed Integrative Restoration training (Yoga Nidra); she has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2004 and received certification from Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level in 2007. She is a long-time meditator and now studies and practices primarily in the Tibetan Vajrayana and Hindu Tantra traditions.
Anne specializes in developing plans for and supporting clients in sustainable weight loss, and in supporting those with life-threatening and chronic illness. She includes Marma Therapy in most of her sessions.
Anne is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Ayurvedic consultations, Marma Point Therapy and spiritual coaching.
